Resolution 7878 RESOLUTION NO. 7878
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Miami Beach
has been advised that the American Financial and Development Cor-
poration for Israel desires to lease the }remises and facilities
of the Miami Beach Municipal Auditorium for the purpose of a
Comiiunity Chanukah Celebration on Thursday, December 27th, 1951,
and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of, and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease ar-reements,
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, B-BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the above
described lease agreement on behalf of the City of iialni Beach, and
that the Auditorium Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken therein by
the City.
