RESOLUTION N O. 7888
WHEREAS, the City Council is considering amending Ordinance
No. 289 coil . only known as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach,
Florida" so as to include in the "RDE" Restricted •lultiple -Far.ily
District and in an appropriate area district, the following par-
cels of land situate in Miami Beach, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 6 of Block 16B, SUNSET LAKE SUB-
DIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 9, at page 11.5, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is hereby
called to be held on the 16th day of January, A. D. 1952, at 10:00
o'clock A. M. , in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the consideration of said a endaent.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
directed to give at least fifteen days ' notice of the time, place and
object of said hearing by publishing notice thereof in the Florida Sun,
a newspaper of general circulation in said City of Miami Beach, Florida,
in conformity with Section 21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
