Resolution 7903 RESOLUTION NO. 7903
:1EREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
deems it to be to the best interest of the said City to
grant unto CHRIS DUNDEE the right to present boxing and
wrestling exhibitions in the Miami Beach Auditorium for a
period of One (1) year beginning December 1, 1951, under
the conditions contained in an agreement which has hereto-
fore been prepared and submitted to the City Council with
the terms of which said agreement the City Council is
familiar,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed
to execute said agreement in the name of and on behalf of
said City.
