Resolution 7904 RESOLUTION NO. 7904
':THEREAS , the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
has been advised that the VARIETY CLUB OF GREATER MIAMI TENT
NO. 33 desires to lease the premises and facilities of the
Miami Beach Municipal Auditorium for the presentation of a
VARIETY SHOW on Tuesday, February 12, 1952, and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of , and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of said lease agreement,
N0':T, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the above described lease agreement on behalf of the City of
Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions under-
taken therein by the City.
