Resolution 7906 RESOLUTION NO. 7906
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach is
authorized by law to act for the said City and to expend its
funds for waterworks or sewerage systems ; and
WHEREAS, said City Council has before it the following de-
scribed plans, to-wit:
Reservoir, Pumping Station and Connecting
Water Mains at 75th Street and Dickens Avenue ,
which are to be submitted for consideration of the Florida State
Board of Health for approval; and
.,THERE.AS, said City desires to make application to said Flori-
da State Board of Health for approval of said plans.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, does hereby approve and accept said
plans and that . Claude A. Renshaw, City Manager, be and he is here-
by authorized and directed to submit for consideration and approv-
al to the Florida State Board of Health the above-described plans.
PASSED and ADOPTED THIS 16th day of January, A. D. 1952.
