Resolution 7907 RESOLUTION NO. 7907
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending and changing certain of the
regulations and restrictions established and contained in
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida" , as hereinafter set
forth, to wit :-
To amend said ordinance and the maps attached thereto
and made a part thereof so as to remove from "RD" Single-family
District and place in "RE" Multiple-family District, as said
districts are set forth and described in said ordinance, the
following described land, situate, lying and being in Miami
Beach, Dade County, Florida, to wit:-
That portion of the "Bridle Path" lying
easterly of and adjacent to Lots 1 to 10
inclusive of Block 22 of Golf Course
Subdivision, all according to the Amended
Plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat
Book 6, at Page 26, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be
and is hereby called to be held on the 6th day of February,
A.D. 1952, at 10:00 o' clock A.M. , in the Council Chambers in
the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of
said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen days ' notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by publishing notice
thereof in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation
in said City of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity with Section
21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
