RLSOLJTlOTd NO. 7911
WHEREAS, it has been found and determined by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the public health
of said City requires and necessitates the employment of a duly
trained andqualified psychologist having the aid and assistance
of a duly qualified assistant and a duly trained and properly
qualified secretary, and
WHEREAS, it has been found and determined by said City
Council that SEYMOUR M. BLUMENTHAL possesses the necessary and
desired qualifications, and
WHEREAS, there has been prepared an agreement between
the City of Miami Beach and the said Seymour M. Blumenthal, the
City Council being familiar with the terms, conditions and provisions
of said agreement, and said City Council deeming it to be to the best
interest of the City that said agreement be entered into,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement
in the name of and on behalf of said City of Miami Beach.
