WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach is
considering amending Ordinance No. 289, corrrrionly known as the
"Zoning- Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida", so as to
include in the "BA" Business District and in Area District No. 19,
as such districts are described in said Ordinance, the following
parcel of land situate in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to
wit:-
Lots One (1) to Eight (8) , inclusive,
of Block One (1) , of OCEAN BEACH, according
to the Flat thereof, recorded in Plat Book
2, page 38, of the Public "ecords of Dade
County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Peach, Florida, that a public hearing be, and is
hereby, called to be held on the 5th uay of March, A. D. 1952, at
10:00 A.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen (15) days notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by publishing notice there-
of in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in said
City of Miami Pe ach, Florida.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of February, A. D.
