RESOLUTION NO. 7918
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of ' iami Beach
is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly known
as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida",
so as to include in the "RD" Single Family District and in
' an appropriate Area District, the following:
All of Block Forty-six (4.6) and all of Tract
Forty-six A (46-A) of NORMANDY GOLF COURSE
SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Flat Book 44, at pare 62, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
AID to include in "RE" Multiple Faily District and in
an appropriate Area District, the following:
Lots Sixteen (16) to Twenty-seven (27) , inclusive,
of Block Fifty-eight (58) ; and Lots Sixteen (16)
to Thirty-one (31) , inclusive, of Block Fifty-
nine (59) , all in Normandy Golf Course Subdivision,
according to the Flat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 1i4, at page 62, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
NOW, ThEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be, and
is hereby called to be held on the 5th day of March A. D.
1952, at 10:00 o' clock A. h. , in the Council Char.bers of the
City Hall, iiia .i Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said
amendments.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen (15) days notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by publishing notice there-
of in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in said
City of TTiami Beach, l'ilorida.
