RESOLUTION ON N0. 7921
WHEREAS, Resolution 7127 passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of "Miami Beach on Larch 8, 1950,
provided for the issuance of v1,500, 000 parking revenue bonds,
and
WHEREAS, said resolution required the City to employ a
traffic engineer to annually prepare a comprehensive report upon
the o_oeration of the parking system during the preceding year,
and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has procured from Rader Engineer-
ing Co. a proposal to perform the said services during the year
1952 for the sum of Eight Hundred Fifty (v050.00) Dollars, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared a contract between
the parties in connection with said transaction, with the terms
of which contract the City Council is familiar.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, lorida, that the Mayor and Cit;; Clerk be
and they hereby are authorized and directed to execute said
contract in the name of and on behalf of said City.
