SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

Bi_, IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intentions
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-515 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances ,
at or near the center line of Stillwater Drive from a
point at or near the easterly line produced northerly of
Lot Six (6) , Block Sixteen (16) , Biscayne Beach 2nd
Addition, to a point at or near the westerly line pro-
duced northerly of Lot Thirty- nine (39) , said Block Six-
teen (i6) , together with a six (6) inch terra cotta
sewer lateral from the main sewer to the line of each
fifty (50) feet of abutting property as a part of the
main improvement.
As said Drive, Lots , Block and Subdivision are shown on
a Plat recorded in Plat Book 46, at page 39, of the Pub-
lic Records of Dade County, Florida .
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of prelim-
inary and other surveys; the inspection and superintendence of the work,
the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates , the printing
and publication of notices and proceedings , the preparation of bonds , in-
terest during construction, legal services, abstracts , etc. , and any other
expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work
herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each
front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of such
improvement is hereby designated as District SR-515, and is described as
follows :
Lots 19 to 48 inclusive, Block 15; Lot 7 and Lots 9 to
39, inclusive, Block 16, all in Biscayne Beach 2nd Addi-
tion, according to the Flat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 46 at page 39, of the Public Records of -ade Comrty,
Florida.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sanitary Sewer In:provement SR-515, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be de-
signated as District SR-515.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 20th DAY OF February, A.D. 1952.
