RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY ENGINEER TO MAKE APPLICATION
TO THE DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY OF
THE UNITED STATES -'OR PERMISSION
TO CONSTRUCT A SEAWALL AND PLACE
FILL ON THE EAST SIDE OF INDIAN CREEK
AT LOT ONE (1) , BLOCK THREE (3) ,
AMENDED SECOND OCEAN FRONT SUBDI-
VISION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
THAT Morris N. Lipp, City Engineer for said City
be, and he is hereby directed and authorized to make applica-
tion to the Deartment of the Army of the United States for
permission to construct a seawall and place fill on the east
side of Indian Creek at Lot One (1) , Block Three (3) , Amended
Second Ocean Front Subdivision, in the City of Miami Beach,
Floridaand to make such application in the name of said City
or in his own name as representative of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 20th DAY OF February, A.D.1952.
