`:�li)J�IiJAS, the City of Miami Beach is preparing to erect
a new addition to the Police Station and to alter the existing
Police Station so that the two shall function as one unit, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
, deems it to be to the best interest of the City to employ
NORMAN M. GILLER, as Architect, in connection with said project,
and
IIEREAS, there has been prepared and submitted to the
City Council an agreement between the City and Architect Giller,
with the terms of which the City Council is familiar.
Now, THEREFORE BE IT tiESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they hereby are authorized anddirected to execute
said agreement in the name and on behalf of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of February
