Resolution 7951 RESOLUTION NO. 7951
JHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida," so as to include in the "RE" Multiple Family District
and in an appropriate Area District, the following : -
Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) Block Thirty-six
(36) of GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION, according to
the Amended Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 6, page 26, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida;
and also
Lots iaeven (11) to Fifteen (15) both inclusive,
of Block Thirty-seven (37) , and Lots Ten (10) to
Seventeen (17) both inclusive of Block Thirty-
eight (38) , all in PALM VIE ! S?JBDIVISION, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, page
29, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
and also
Lots "A" and "B" of a Re-Subdivision of Lots Eight
(3) and Nine (9) and the North 80 feet of Lot Ten
(10) , B lock Forty- two (42) of BELLEVIEyJ SUBDIVISION
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book
30, page 76, of the Public Records of Dade County,
., Florida and Lots Four (4) , Five (5) , Six (6) and
Seven (�J) , Block Forty-two (42) of BiJLLEVIEd SUB-
' DIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 6, page 114, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
NO'J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE ) by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be, and
is hereby called to be held on the 2nd day of April, A. D. 1952
at 11:00 o'clock A. M. , in the Council Chambers of the City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendments.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen (15) days notice of thLe
time, place and object of said hearing by publishing notice there-
of in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in said
City of Miami Beach, Florida .
