WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Iiia .i Beach
is considering amending Ordinance Iio. 289, cori:ionly known as
the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida", so
as to provide that there shall be permitted in the "FAAA" Business
District any use permitted in the "REE" Multiple-Fanily District,
and so as to include in the "BAAA" Business District the following
4escribed parcels of land situate in Miami Beach, Dade County,
Florida, to*r it:
All of Block 6 and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4,
7, 8, 9 and 10 of Block 8; All being
in the OCEAN FRONT PROPERTY of the
iiarli Beach Improvement Company, ac-
cording to the amended Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 5, at pages 7
and 8 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
And to amend said ordinance so as to include in the "B!A"
Business District, the following described parcels of land situate
in '_Miami Beach, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 1 of Block 30 and Lots 1, 2, 3,
18, 19 and 20 of Block 29; All in
FISHER'S FIRST SUBDIVISION of Alton
Beach, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 2, at page 77,
of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
AHD to amend said ordinance so as to include in the "BA"
Business District, the following described parcels of laid situate
in Miami peach, Dade County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 2 and 3 of Block 30 of FISHER'S
FIRST SUBDIVISION of Alton Beach, ac-
cording to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 2, at page 77, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
And also all of Blocks "A" and " II;
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of ":lock "C";
Lots 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 of Block "D";
All of Flock 2; All of that portion
of Block 3 lying east of Palm Avenue
(now Liberty Avenue) ; Allof that
block lying east of Collins Avenue
and between Ocean Avenue (now 22nd
Street) and Atlantic Avenue (now 23rd
Street); All of that block lying
north of Atlantic Avenue (now 23rd
Street) and south of Hotel Place
(now 24th Street) and east of Collins

tract, having a radius of fifty (50) feet,

the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
NO I, TEEN ,`FORE, BE IT RESOLV D by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be, and
is hereby called to be held on the 16thday of April, A. D. 1952,
at 11:00 o 'clock A.M. , in the Council Climbers of the City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said anendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen (15) days notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by publishing notice there-
4 of in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in said
i City of Miami Beach, Florida.
