tRESOLUTION NG. 7956
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-360 H-360
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is here-
by ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Section 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
H-360 Alley between Michigan Avenue and Je.'ferson Avenue
from Sixth (6th) Street to Eighth (8th) Street to
be paved, and where heretofore paved to be repaved
to a width of twenty (2U) feet with a bituminous
wearing surface on an eight (8) inch rock base.
Together with necessary drainage, sewer inlets,
manholes and catch basins.
As said Alley, Avenues and Streets are shown on a
plat recorded in Plat Book Two (2) , Page Eighty-
one (til) of the Public rtecords of Dade County,
Florida, and as said Avenues are named and desig-
nated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby airected to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and pro-
ceedings, the preparation or bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper
in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the esti-
mated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby designated as District H-360, and is described
as follows :
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting on said
alley and lying between Sixth (6th) Street and
Eighth (b) Street.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-360, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be desig-
nated as District H-360.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 19th DAY OF March, A.D. 1952.
