RESOLUTION NO. 7958
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
ENGINEER TO MAKE APPLICATION TO THE
CORPS OF ENGINEERS, U. S. ARMY, FOR
A PERMIT TO RECONSTRUCT THE BRIDGE
OVER INDIAN CREEK AT 41ST STREET,
AND TO CONSTRUCT A SEAWALL, AND
DREDGE AND PLACE FILL ON THE EAST
SIDE OF INDIAN CREEK FROM 39TH STREET
TO WITH STREET, IN THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That Morris N. Lipp, City Engineer of the City of
Miami Beach, be and he is hereby authorized and directed
to make application to the Corps of Engineers, U. S. Army,
for a permit to reconstruct the bridge over Indian Creek
at 41st Street, and to construct a seawall, and dredge
and place fill on the east side of Indian Creek from
39th Street to 44th Street, and said application to be
made for and on behalf of the City of Miami Beach, Florida.
