Resolution 7959 RESOLUTION NO. 7959
AHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
has been advised that the Miami Beach Realtors, Inc. and. Berke
Displays, Inc . desire to lease the premises and facilities of
the Miami Beach I'iunicipal Auditorium for the purpose of a Home
Show for Six (6) days, commencing on Saturday, April 12, 1952,
and terminating on April 17, 1952, and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City AttorneY,
and
WHEREAS the City Council has been advised of, and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement,
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of said lease agreement.
NO:!, fri,L2IFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
above described lease agreement on behalf of the City of •aami
Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby authorized and
direced to carry into effect the terms and provisions under-
taken therein by the City.
