Resolution 7961 RESOLUTION NO. 7961
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, deems it to be to the best interest of the said
City to employ LEONARD H. GLASSr:tt, Architect, to prepare the
drawings and specifications for and to supervise the con-
struction of an Auditorium, and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared covering such
employment with the contents of which agreement the City
Council is familiar.
NO.1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE) by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and City Clerk
be and they are hereby autzorized to execute the said agreement
in the name of and on behalf of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 26th day of March, A. D. 1952.
