Resolution 7985 RESOLUTION NO. 7985
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
has been advised that the Opera Guild of Greater Miami desires
to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach Municipal
Auditorium for the purpose of presenting Grand Opera on Monday,
Ianuary 19th, 1953, and on Monday, :arch 2nd, 1953, and
Wh`Ei EAS, two lease agreements have been prepared by
the Auditorium Manager and a.>proved as to form by the City Attor-
ney, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of, and is fam-
iliar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreements and
deems it to be to the best interest of the City to authorize the
execution of said lease agreements,
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RLSOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mani Beach, 1'lorida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the above
described lease agreements on behalf of the City of Miami Beach,
and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to carry into effect the terms anu provisions unaertaken therein
by the City.
