Resolution 7986 RESOLUTION NO. 7986
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 28th day of March, 1952,
the City of Miami Beach entered into a contract with Leonard H.
Glasser wherein the City agreed to employ said Glasser as the
Architect in connection with a public auditorium to be erected
in the South Beach Area, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties to modify az d
amend one of the provisions of said contract, and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared by the City
Attorney modifying and mending the original contract as aforesaid,
the City Council being familiar with the terms of said Supplemental
Agreement,
NOW, T_IEREFOI, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for and in the name of said City.
