Resolution 8001 RESOLUTION NO. 80C1
WHEREAS, the City Council is considering anenaing Ordinance
No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida" so as to permit in "RAA'', "NA", "RB" aaa
"RC" Estate Districts, the use of land which is contiguous to
any apartment house, apartment hotel or hotel, as a parking lot
for the exclusive use of the bona fide guests of such apartment
house, apartment hotel or hotel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is
hereby called to be held on the 28th day of May, 1952, at 10:00
o 'clock A. I. , in the Council Chambers in the City Hall,Miami Beach,
Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Cle rk be and he is hereby
directed to give at least fifteen days' notice of the time, place
and object of said hearing by publishing notice thereof in the
Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in said City of
Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity with Section 21 of Ordinance
No. 289 of said City.
