BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAriI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-518 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances, at or near the easterly curb line
of Dickens Avenue from a point at or near the
southerly line of Lot four (4) , Block six (6) ,
Harding Townsite to 73rd Street; at or near the
easterly curb line of Byron tivenue from a point
at or near the southerly line of Lot 4, Block G
to a point at or near the southerly line of Lot
6, Block G, Corrected Plat of Atlantic Heights,
together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral to the line of each fifty (50) feet of
abutting property as a part of the main improve-
ment.

As said Avenues, Street and Subdivisions are shown
on Plats recorded in Plat Book 9, at Page 14, and
Plat Book 34 at Page 4, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, and as said Dickens tivenue,
Byron Avenue and 73rd Street are named and desig-
nated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys; the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prepara-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the pro-
ceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be
assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-518 and is described .
as follows :
Lots Five (5) , Six (6) and Seven (7) , Block Six (6)
Harding Townsite, according to the Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book Thirty-four (34) at Page Four
(4) of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
Lots Five (5) and Six (6) , Block G, Corrected Plat
of Atlantic Heights, according to the Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book Nine (9) , at Page Fourteen
(14) , of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR- l8, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-518.
