SANITARY SEWER LATERAL
IMPROVEMENT SL-28 DISTRICT SL-28
'JIrEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 7th day of May , 19 52 , ordered
the an Lateral Improvement SL-28 , District SL-28,
and the City 7,nginee.r has prepared and filed with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the incidental expenses of said improvement, and
whereas due notice by publication as required by the City
Charter has been made that the City Council would on the
21st day of May , 1552 , at the City Hall in said
City at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of
all persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement, and no objections having been
presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sa fiver Lateral Improvement
SL-28 , District SL-28 , be and the same is hereby
confirmed, and the City Council does hereby declare its
intention to levy a special assessment against the lands
comprising said District SL-28 to cover part of the cost
and expenses of said improvement, and for the purpose of
advancing such costs and expenses, $ 1,100.00 is hereby
appropriated from Current Fund, said Fund to be reimbursed
to the extent of the proceeds of said special assessment, and
the City Council hereby declares its intention to proceed with
such improvement with City Forces, without contract .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of May, A.D.
1952.
