RESOLUTION NO. 80214
WHEREAS, the food, beverage and beach equipment concession
at the easterly end of 17th Street has heretofore been awarded to
Al S. Cohn, and
I;'EEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an agreement cover-
ing the terms and conditions of said concession with the terms
of which said agreement the City Council is familiar,
N0W, T: RLFORE, BE IT 1 SOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement in the name of and on behalf of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of May, A. D. 1952.
