Resolution 8042 RESOLUTION NO. 8042
JHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
has been advised that the Ancient Arabic Order Nobles of the
Mystic Imperial Shrine Imperial Council desires to lease the
premises and facilities of the Miami Beach Municipal Auditorium
for the purpose of the National Shrine Convention, from Sunday,
June 15th, 1952 to Saturday, June 21, 1952, and,
IHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney,
and,
;IHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to author-
ize the execution of s aid lease agreement,
NOTI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLTiln by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the above described lease agreement on behalf of the
City of Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby
authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and
provisions undertaken therein by the City.
