nEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, deems it necessary for the welfare of said City and
the inhabitants thereof, to acquire, for public park purposes,
those certain parcels of land situate, lying and being in Miami
Beach, Dade County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as numbered
parcels and described as follows, to-wit:
PARCEL NUMBER ONE
Lot line (9) of Block One (1) of Second Ocean
Front Subdivision, according to the amended
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 28, at
page 28 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, together with riparian rights and water
privileges appurtenant and adjacent thereto.
PARCEL IIUMBER TWO
Lots Ten (10) and Eleven (11) of Block. One
(1) of Second Ocean Front Subdivision, accor-
ding to the amended plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 28, at page 28 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida, together with riparian
rights and water privileges appurtenant and
adjacent thereto.
PARCEL NUMBER TFIIEE
Lot Twelve (12) of Block One (1) of Second Ocean
Front Subdivision, according to the amended
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 20, at
page 28 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, together with riparian rights and water
privileges appurtenant and adjacent thereto,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED MID DECLARED by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it is necessary
that the fee simple title to all of the above-described property
be acquired for development, use and maintenance for public park
purposes for the benefit of said City and the inhabitants, and
that the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized and directed
to institute the necessary legal proceedings in the name of said
City in the exercise of its right of er,inent domain for the
condemnation of said property for public park purposes.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18t11 day of June, A.D. 1952.
