SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-519 SR-519
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the Construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-519 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances,
at or near the easterly curb line of Atlantic Way from a
point at or near the centerline of Eighty-fifth (85th)
Street to a point at or near the northerly line produced
westerly of Lot four (4) , Block Three (3) , Corrected Plat,
Altos Del Mar No . 2, together with a six (6 ) inch terra
cotta sewer lateral from the main sewer to the line of
each fifty (50) feet of abutting property as a part of
the main. improvement .
As said Way, Street, Lot, Block, and Subdivision are shown
on a Plat recorded it Plat Book Four (4) at Page One hun-
dred Sixty-two (162) of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida , and as said Atlantic Way and Eighty-fifth (85th)
Street i's, named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.

The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys ; the inspection and superintendence of
the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings , the preparation of
bonds , interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc ., and
any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property .
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-519 and is described
as follows:
Lots Four (4) and Five (5) , Block Three (3) , Corrected
Plat, Altos Del Mar No . 2, according to the Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 162, of the Public Re-
cords of Dade County, Florida .
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments
andbonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-519, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-519.
