,IHEtEAS, the City Council is considering amending
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "toning Ordinance of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida" so as to permit "Cabarets" ,
as defined in said Ordinance, in Hotels consisting of One
Hundred (100) or more guest rooms in "RE" multiple family,
"REE" multiple family and "BAAA" business districts.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and
is hereby called to be held on the _ 6th day of August ,
A.D. 1952 at 2:00 o'clock P.M. , in the Council Chambers in the
City Hall of Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of
said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he
is hereby directed to give at least Fifteen (15) days ' notice
of the time, place and object of said hearing, by publishing
notice thereof in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circu-
lation in said City of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity with
Section 21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
