::UREAS, the City Council is considering amending
Ordinance No. 269 commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, so as to permit Ski Schools
in the "R " Multiple Family District, provided a permit there-
for is first had and obtained from the City Council, and to
provide in said ordinance conditions, regulations and restric-
tions governing the operation of such Ski Schools and setting
forth some standards for the granting or refusing of such per-
mit.

NO. , =BEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and
is hereby called to be held on the 6th day of August, A. D. 1952,
at 2 :00 o' clock p .M. , in the Council Chambers in the City Hall
of Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be aid he
is hereby directed to give at least Fifteen (17) days ' notice
of the time, place and object of said hearing, by publishing
notice thereof in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general cir-
culation in said City of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity
with Section 21 of Ordinance 1,o.269 of said City.
