ME EAS, at the request of the City Manager, THE hOST
REVEREND JOSEPH P. HURLEY, as Bishop of St. Augustine, Florida,
has, by written instrument, offered to dedicate to said City
for street and side-walk purposes , a strip of land on Harding
Lvenue, near 87th Terrace, and ,
JH REAS, the instrument of dedication is now submitted
l'or acceptance by said City.

the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute an acceptance
of the said dedication in the name of and on behalf of said
