Resolution 8073 RESOLUTION NO. 8073
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, the
Certificate of the Inspectors who conducted the Primary
Election held on July 22, 1952, for the purpose of
electing a non-voting member of the Personnel Board
from Group 3 of the Employees of the City of Miami
Beach, in accordance with the provisions of Resolution
No . 8060, as passed and adopted by the City Council on
July 2, 1952, and
WHEREAS, the said City Council has canvassed said
returns and certificate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of said City that they hereby adopt the said Certificate
as the result of said Primary Election, and do hereby
declare the member from Group 3 elected to the Personnel
Board to be as follows:
GROUP 3: F. R. MORRISON (Elected by 96 votes out
of 174 votes cast, being
a clear majority at the
Primary Election)
PASSED and ADOPTED this 23rd day of July, A.D. 1952.
