hEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mani Leach
has been advised that Mount Sinai hospital of Greater Miami, Inc.,
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach
Municipal Auditorium for the purpose of Mount Sinai Hospital -
Night of Stars, on Thursday, March 5th, 1953,
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney,
and,
WHEREAS, the City Uouncil has been advised of and is
familiar with the teras and provisions of said lease agreement
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to author-
ize the execution o f said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the above described lease agreement on behalf of the
City of Miami Beac': , and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby
authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and
provisions undertaken therein by the City.
