iiEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami !3each
has been advised that A. Padron desires to lease the premises
and facilities of the iwai i3each _unicipal Auditorium for the
purpose of the A. Padron Dog Show, on Saturday, January 17th,
1953.
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by tne
Auditorium Manager ana approved as to form by the City Attorney,
wad,
1 RIAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement
and ueems it to be to the best interest of the City to author-
ize the execution of said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE L.12 RESC:LVED by the City Council
of the City of i?iami ':each, Florida, that the Mayor and the
City Cler!: be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the a,Dove described lease agreement on behalf of the
City of Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby
authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and
provisions undertaken therein by the City.
