A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN
OBJECTIONS TO THE CONFIRMATION
OF AN ASSESSMENT ROLL.
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-152 DISTRICT SK-152
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment roll has been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvement in
accordance with the provisions of Sections 29 and 30,
of the City Charter.
THEREFORE, BE IT RTSOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with said City
Charter that a meeting of the City Council will be held
at 10:00 o ' clock A. M. September 3, 1952
at which time all interested ersons
p may appear and file
written objections to the confirmation of said roll .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of August,
