Resolution 8093 RESOLUTION NO. 8093
WHEREAS, Chris Dundee has requested a three (3) year
extension of the exclusive right which he now has, by virtue of
a written agreement with the City, to present boxing and wrest-
ling exhibitions in the Auditorium, gnu,
iEhi ;AS, the agreement under which he is now operating
will expire on November 30th, 1952, and,
II:EREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an agreement
by the terms of which such exclusive right is extenued and re-
newed for an extension of three (3) years, the City Council
beinT familiar with the terns of said extension agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, `3E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
tiie City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
tie said extension agreement in the name of ana on behalf of
said City.
