RESOLUTION NO. 8094
17Ji I AS, the City Council of the City of i iami Leach
has been advised that the Jewish Folk Chorus desires to lease
the premises and facilities of the Miami Peach Municipal Audi-
torium for the purpose of a concert by the Jewish Folk Chorus,
on Thursday, February 12th, 192.
T_E AS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney,
and,
MI EAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to author-
ize the execution of said lease agreement,
Ic0W, THEREFORE, E IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor anu the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the above described lease agreement on behalf of the
City of Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby
authorized and directed to carry into efect the terms and
provisions undertaken therein by the City.
