• BE IT RESOLV M BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY of
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held. at 10 :00 o' clock A. N. , September
3rd 9 A. D. 19 52, it would hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the above desig-
nated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement 9
as completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of September,
A. D. 1952.
