,LiEILEAS, the City Council of the City of _iarni Beach
las been advised that Jazz At The Philharmonic, Inc. , desires to
lease the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach Municipal
Auditorium for the purpose of a Concert, on jednesday, October
15th, 1952.
.1`JERES, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney,
and,
..H E1 S, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar z*ith the terms and provisions of said lease agreement
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to author-
ize the e:recution of said lease areemerit,

the City of Miami Beach, lorida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
e above described lease a„reem_ent on behalf of the City of

and directed to carr- into effect ';'le terms and provi: ions under-
taken therein by the City.
