has been advised that the Oldsmobile Division, of General Motors
Corporation desires to lease the premises and facilities of the
Miami Beach Municipal Auditorium for the purpose of the Olds-
mobile Division of General Motors Corp. Dealer announcement
Showing, on Saturday, November 29th, 19.52, Sunday, november
30th, 1952 and Monday, December 1st, 1952,
:limas, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney,
and
.lifEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to author-
ize the execution_ of said lease agreement,
:0:1, i'iiElt F0� ;, BE 2.-NLaOLVLD by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the
City Cleric be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the above described lease agreement on behalf of the
City of Miami Beach, and that the ,auditorium Manager is hereby
autho'ized and directed to carry into effect the ter::1s and
provisions undertaken therein by the City.
