.1,,.LfiliEAS, the City Council of the City of :Miami Beach
has been advised that the Dade County Democratic .,xecutive
Committee desires to lease the premises and facilities of the
Miami Beach iNiunicipal Auditorium for the purpose of the Dade
County Democratic Executive Committee Political Rally on
Saturday, November 1st, 1)52,
.1- i=,tAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium :tanager and approved as to form by the City Attorney,
and,
.1,;.EAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar ,::pith the terms and provisions of said lease agreement
.nd deems it to be to the best interest of the City to author-
ize the execution of said lease agreement,
U0.1, TilEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVIM by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the above described lease agreement on behalf of the
City of Uiami Beach, and that the .,luditoriur: i'ian ger is hereby
authorized and directedto carry into effect the terms and
_provisions undertaken therein by the City.
