and Congregation Jacob Joseph desires to lease the premises and
facilities of the Miami Beach Lunicipal auditorium for the
purpose of the Miami Beach Jewish Community Con.ter ---1-
tion Jacob Joseph sisterhood on fednesday, February 18, 1953,

:f_ E,A,AS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement
and deers it to be to the best interest of the City to author-
ize the execution of said lease agreement,
TilE11,FOI L, B(J IT RESOLV,D by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the layor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the above described lease agreement on behalf of the
City of Miami Beach, and that the auditorium_ Manager is hereby
authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and
provisions undertaken therein by the City.
