RESOLUTION NO. 8119
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO MAKE APPLICATION
TO THE DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY OF THE UNITED
STATES FOR PERMISSION TO CONSTRUCT A GROIN IN
THE ATLANTIC OCEAN IN THE VICINITY OF 74TH STREET.
$E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
THAT Morris N. Lipp, City Engineer for said City, is
hereby directed and authorized to make application to the
Department of the Army of the United States for permission
to construct a groin in the Atlantic Ocean in the vicinity
of 74th Street in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and to
make such application in the name of said City or in his own
name as representative of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of September, A.D.
1952.
