Resolution 8120 RESOLUTION NO. 8120
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
is desirous of employing Henry Hohauser, Architect, to prepare
preliminary sketches, working drawings and specifications for the
municipal office building for the construction of which bonds were
authorized by t1ie freeholders in June, 1951, and to supervise the
construction of said building, and
WHEREAS, the said Henry Hohauser has indicated his willingness
to accept such employment and a written agreement has been prepared
covering such employment, the City Council being familiar with the
terms of such agreement,
NOW, T}-IEREFOhE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach,Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they
are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement in the
name of and on behalf of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of September, A.D. 1952.
