Resolution 8134 RESOLUTION NO. 8134
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
has been advised that the Men' s Apparel Club of Florida, Inc . ,
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach
Municipal Auditorium for the purpose of the M'ien' s Apparel Club
of Florida, Inc. , banquet, show and dance, on Monday, October
13th, 1952,
.iHL+'REAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney,
and ,
'WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to author-
ize the execution of said lease agreement,
NOW, THER2ORE, BE IT RESOLVI,I) by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the above described lease agreement on behalf of the
City of Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium iianager is hereby
authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and
provisions undertaken therein by the City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of October, A.D. 1952.
