RESOLUTION NO. 8136
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
is aesirous of employing STa FAN H. ZACHAR, Architect, to prepare
preliminary sketches, working drawings and specifications for the
construction of a municipal stage for which bonds were authorized
by the freeholders in June, 1951, and to supervise the construction
of said stage, and
WHEREAS, the said Stefan H. Zachar has indicated his willing-
ness to accept such employment and a written agreement has been
prepared covering such employment, the City Council being familiar
with the terms of such agreement,
NOW, THERI jO ,.E, "E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and
they are hereby authorized and directea to execute said agreement
in the name of and on behalf of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of October, A. D. 1952.
