RESOLUTION NO. 8151
4d&REAS, the City Council of the City of Niami Beach,
Florida deems it necessary for the welfare of said City and the
inhabitants thereof, to acquire, for public park purposes,
for the use of said City and its inhabitants, the following
described land situate, lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade
County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 13, 14, 15 and 16 of Block 30 of SECOND
REVISED PLAT OF PORTIOL 3 OF OCEAN SIDE SECTION
AND THOITVILLE SECTION OF ISLE OF NORMANDY,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 40, at Page 35 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
i:OJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND DECLARrT) by the
City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it is
necessary that the fee simple title to the above-described
property be acquired for use and maintenance for public park
purposes for the benefit of said City and its inhabitants, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND DECLAN I) that the City
Attorney be and he is hereby authorized and directed to insti-
tute the necessary legal proceedings in the name of said City
in the exercise of the right of eminent domain for the condemna-
tion of said property for said purposes.
