Resolution 8152 RESOLUTION NO. 8152
WHEREAS, Oscar i.larkovitch has requested a three (3)
year extension of the rights and privileges which he now has by
virtue of a written agreement with the City to operate the food
and beverage concession at the Miami Beach Auditorium, and
WHEREAS, the agreement under which he is noir operating
will expire on October 31st, 1952, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an agreement
by the terms of which such rights and privileges to operate the
food and beverage concession at the Miami Beach Auditorium are
granted unto said Oscararkovitch for the term of three (3)
years beginning :ovember 1st, 1952 , the City Council being
familiar with the terms of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the said agreement in the name of and on behalf of said City.
