RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT-
ING THE CITY ENGINEER TO MAKE
APPLICATION TO THE DEPARTMENT
OF THE ARMY OF THE UNITED STATES
FOR PERMISSION TO CONSTRUCT A
DOCK AND PLACE MOORING DOLPHINS
IN INDIAN CREEK ON THE EAST SIDE
AT ABOUT SIXTY-FIFTH STREET
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
THAT Morris N. Lipp, City Engineer for said City, is
hereby directed and authorized to make application
to the Department of the Army of the United States for
permission to construct a dock and place mooring dolphins
in Indian Creek on the east side at about Sixty-fifth
Street, in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and to make
such application in the name of said City or in his own
name as representative of said City.
