A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
ENGINEER TO MAKE APPLICATION TO THE
DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY OF THE UNITED
STATES FOR PERMISSION TO EXTEND A
CAT WALK FROM THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
DOCKS AND DRIVE MOORING PILES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That Morris N. Lipp, City Engineer for said City,
be and he is hereby directed and authorized to make applica-
tion to the Department of the Army of the United States for a
Permit to extend a cat walk from the Chamber of Commerce Docks
end drive mooring piles in Biscayne Bay in front of property
owned by the City of lviiami Beach immediately south of the east
viaduct of the MacArthur Causeway approach at Fifth Street in
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and to make such application
in the name of said City or in his own name as representative of
the said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 15th DAY OF October,
A.D. 1952. -
